Prom 2015 Dinner Menu

Prom 2015 is RIGHT around the corner! Ticket sales begin the Monday immediately following Spring Break with the Senior Pre-Sales. Check this post for ticket prices and dates. 

Just like last year, the prom ticket price will include the dinner buffet. My committee did a fantastic job picking out our buffet menu items for the event. 

Dinner Buffet Menu

For starters: 

Fresh Garden Salad Bar with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, sliced red onions and herbed croutons served with two dressing options: ranch or balsamic vinaigrette. 

Warm rolls with butter

Entree choices: 

Grilled chicken with parmesan chive cream

Sliced beef medallions with carmelized onion demi

Grilled salmon with dill cream

Accompaniments: 

Seasonal vegetable medley

Rosemary roasted potatoes

Baked macaroni and cheese

Sweets table of assorted desserts

Beverages:

Freshly brewed regular & decaffeinated coffee

Tazo herbal tea

Freshly brewed iced tea 

Water
