Prom 2017 Dinner Menu

Prom 2017 is RIGHT around the corner! Ticket sales begin the Monday, March 20, 2017 with the Senior Pre-Sales. Check this post for ticket prices and dates. Just like last year, the prom ticket price will include the dinner buffet. My committee did a fantastic job picking out our buffet menu items for the event. 

Dinner Buffet Menu

For starters: 

• Fresh Mixed Green Salad Bar with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, sliced red onions and herbed croutons served with two dressing options: ranch or balsamic vinaigrette. 
• Fresh Fruit Salad
• Warm rolls with butter

Entree choices: 

• Free Range Chicken (GF) grilled, garlic herb bechamel
• Cheese Tortellini (V)  tomato marinara, mozzarella, parmesan
• Roasted NY Strip Loin of Beef  mushroom demi sauce

Accompaniments: 

• Mashed potatoes
• Vegetable medley (squash, zucchini, red pepper, green beans)

Beverages:

• Freshly brewed regular & decaffeinated coffee
• Tazo herbal tea
• Freshly brewed iced tea 
• Water
